Our bottled beers are not filtered or pasteurised, they are naturally conditioned and packaged onsite in our brewery. Bottle-conditioned beer invariably will have a fine yeast layer at the bottom, and this beer is all the better for the Belgian yeast contained inside.
Bottle conditioned beer has a better longevity, great taste and in this case there’s a lively level of carbonation that suits the style.
Don’t over chill but serve cold.
