This refined recipe has tuned to out so good we’ve created a new series for it – The Mic Drop IPA Series!!
Had a big play with the hop schedule on this one (copious amounts went into 1000L) and really fined tuned the dry hopping timings (all three of them) to get the most of out of possibly the best IPA hops in the world. The gluten free aspect was an expensive experiment but it worked a treat and makes this beer accessible to lots more people…
Lab results confirmed the gluten content of this batch is under 20ppm (11ppm in fact) so can be sold as “Gluten Free”. For more info on this feel free to get in touch.
If you’ve got any customers looking for an IPA, that’s dank, opaque and loaded with CITRA this is it. Almost unbelievably, looking at and tasting the beer, it’ll even work for your gluten intolerant customers. The wonders of science.

Our bottled beers are not filtered or pasteurised, they are naturally conditioned and packaged onsite in our brewery. Bottle-conditioned beer invariably will have a fine yeast layer at the bottom, better longevity, great taste and a light natural level of carbonation.
