Brewery Tap

Depending on our diary we’re happy to rent out the brewery & open the bar for private functions. We can seat circa 80 people and are always happy to work with our network of street food providers to make your day as enjoyable as possible.

Private rental of our Brewery Tap  is subject to brewery schedule and availability.

Mobile Bar

We’re also happy to take our bar and beers mobile for your event. To keep it simple we’ll quote along the following lines: (1) Beer (2) Bar Equipment Hire & Set-Up (3) Event Staff Costs. We’ll provide you the options and you can use as little or as much as you want. If it’s just beer you need  that works!!

1. Beer.

Depending on the type of event we can work with you on this. There’s lots of ways to get to the correct amount of beer for an event without wasting your money – or our beer!! For instance 1 x Cask Pin (circa 30 pints) 2 x Cask Firkins (circa 60 pints) & 2 x Kegs (50 pints each) should cover you for about 250 pints.

We can also source other locally produced drinks (cider etc) if that’s something you fancy and can even get Prosecco by the keg to serve on tap via our keg dispensers.

2. Bar/Equipment Hire & Set-Up

We can generally keep the kit requirements to a minimum but there will be deposits and rental fees required. Depending on the beer choice – particularly cask – we’d usually expect to get access to the location 24/48 hours before (if possible) but we can arrange set-up on the day of the event if it makes sense due to location. Although not our preference, we can bring cask beer along bright and ready to serve whereas our keg beers will come straight from our cold room and are ready for service within minutes of our arrival.

Delivery, set-up/take down time and equipment hire will be included in your quote. We’d charge this either side of the beer service hours if we were staffing the event.

We can provide environmentally friendly “glasses” etc for service unless you’re looking at using glassware already provided onsite.

3. Event Staff Costs

Although it can be event dependent, if staffed by us, we usually specify a two staff minimum will be needed. We’d confirm and quote for this following a discussion about your event and requirements.
